The Lampeia mountains (other names: Mount Lampeia, Mount Lampeio, Astras) are a branch and mountain peak of Mount Erymanthos. The name is due to the glow of the snow on the mountain top where it reflects sunlight. Many springs of the tributaries of the river Pineios are located in the Lampeia mountains.
