The oak forest of Foloi (or Kapeli) is located within the catchment areas of the rivers Pineios and Erymanthos. Its area is estimated at 42 thousand acres and is one of the few purely seeded oak forests in Europe. The natural landscape is of infinite beauty and the ecosystem of the area is of significant flora and fauna. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
