The revival of the custom of the traditional bun takes place in the village of Kameniani. A few decades ago, on the day of Panagia, the young people of the village and the surrounding area made a two-kilometer road race with a prize of half a bun, which they then distributed to the public. The other half was drawn, because the luck factor was taken into account. The custom is revived at a time when the sporting ideal had not been commercialized.
