Plataniotissa (old name: Klapatsouna) is a mountainous settlement of the Municipality of Kalavrita. It is crossed by a tributary of Kerynitis, while it owes its name to the church of Panagia Plataniotissa, which has been formed in the hollow of a huge ancient plane tree. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport.
