The vine of Pausanias is located in the courtyard of the church of Agios Nikolaos, near the village of Pagrati and has been declared a Preserved Monument of Nature since 1976. This is a huge wild vine of 3000 years with a length of 100 meters. It took its name from the historian Pausanias who described it as a curious phenomenon because of its size. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
