Ampelokipoi (old name: Arfara) is a settlement built at a height of 700 meters east of Mount Valimitiko. A Landmark of the area is the Holy Monastery of Agios Vassilios which is built on a rock in the east of the settlement, and, during the Turkish occupation, it was a secret school. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible in the Spring and Summer. It is accessible through public transportation. It has no fee or ticket.
