The Holy Monastery of Panagia Katafygiotissa is located in the village of Chalkianika and was built in 1631. It is an old nunnery carved into a rock. It consists of the building with the monks residences and the central church, which is decorated with impressive hagiographies. This point of interest is Mountainous and Rural. It is accessible all year round. It is not accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
