The Church of Agios Andreas is located northwest of Aigio and dates back to before 1700. During the Ottoman rule the church was converted into a mosque and was restored in 1893. It is a royal cross, built of stone with ceramic decoration and its most important treasure is the icon of Panagia Vrefokratousa which according to tradition, was found in a miraculous way. This point of interest is Coastal and Urban. It is accessible all year round. It is accessible through public transport. It has no fee or ticket.
