A two-day historical conference, co-organized by the Municipality of Amfilochia and the Region of Western Greece, in order to highlight the role of Valtos and Valtin fighters in the Revolution of 1821. Presentations were made by 15 academics, historians and researchers, both video conference, while archival material, photos and videos were shown. The presentations were followed by discussions and interventions by the public, in order to delve into a historical object which remains largely unexplored, while, for the enrichment of the relevant literature, the conference proceedings will be collected and processed by the scientific committee for publication. in a collective volume.
